Ballet is the technical foundation of all dance styles, and we believe that it is an integral part of learning how to dance. Students are taught correct posture and poise while improving muscle development, strength, flexibility, and turnout through the use of their arms, head, and legs.  Ballet is a classical form of dance; therefore, a strict dress code applies.

Girls: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in a bun, no jewelry

Boys: White t-shirt/tank top, black tights/pants, white socks, white ballet shoes
